We are available by appointment only. Our bespoke services are tailored to your needs. Our 30 minute appointment allows us to focus on you and your machines without interruption. You are welcome to visit us in person or virtually. Give us a call to book your appointment and arrange your visit.
If coming to the shop is not an option, a virtual appointment will allow you to view a selection of Muse Certified machines available for shipping. We can use Zoom, Google Meet or Instagram/Facebook video chat platforms at your convenience. Prior to your visit, we will discuss the types of machines that you would like to view. Then we select a few machines for you to view. During your appointment a Typewriter Muse consultant will demonstrate the features of the machine and complete a typing test so you can be satisfied that it is performing optimally. When you have made your selection, we will send you an invoice and pack your typewriter for shipping. After your invoice is satisfied, the machine ships from our door to yours.
A Note on Anonymity: We have many friends and customers in many industries whose names are well known. We understand the need for personalized service that respects your privacy with the upmost discretion. We are interested in your machine, not your career. We can use an alias in the service of your machine, do not share your information unless you wish us to and we have a very strict non-disclosure policy.
